The Finch Renovation – Complete conversion of an old Red Lion to a new Urban Chic hotel. We took this one down to the studs for a complete build back, took off several roofs to reframe to a modern design, completely rebuilt all exterior walk ways with structural steel, concrete walks, and custom steel railing. We also took the old CMU walls to a new modern finish with all new siding and custom wood features. Nothing went untouched on these buildings from all new electric, plumbing, and HVAC through finishes and landscape.
