Site Laborer:
Laborer has basic construction skills and perform a variety of job-site tasks which are typically physically labor intensive. Laborers work under the direct supervision of the foreman or superintendent. (100% Travel)

Carpenter:
The Carpenter is responsible for on-site, day-to-day carpentry projects. They serve as part of a crew and specialize in various technical skills within the commercial construction trade. (100% Travel)

Foreman:
The Foreman is the first point of contact for crews on a job site and leads team members in performing individual tasks as part of a larger project. They work with the Site Supervisor to have a working knowledge of the individual job scopes and are responsible for giving clarity and direction to team members. Foreman must effectively lead work and people simultaneously. (100% Travel)

Site Superintendent:
The Site Superintendent is responsible for oversight of construction project operations on the jobsite. The site superintendent leads team members through on-site coordination of the project, including construction implementation, scheduling, quality control, people management, subcontractor management, budget, and impact. They are also the on-site liaison between Elements and the customer. They work in conjunction with the Project Manager to have a working knowledge of all facets of the project, including scheduling, budget, scope, and manpower. (100% travel)

Project Engineer:
The Project Engineer is responsible for supporting project management and estimators, ensuring smooth execution of projects from start to completion. The Project Engineer will work closely with Project Managers, Estimators, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain project quality, efficiency, and alignment with company standards.

Estimator:
The Estimator is responsible for generating timely, accurate bids for various projects. An estimator will be responsible for functions including, but not limited to, takeoffs, job setup, customer and vendor relations, process improvement, project handoffs, and project support.

Project Manager:
The Project Manager is responsible for planning and executing construction projects ranging in size and scope, typically in the renovation field. The PM is responsible for fostering and nurturing existing client relationships as well as repeat and partnerships. The PM will work closely with our site teams to ensure the success of our customer and company deliverables (Quality, Schedule, Impact, Budget). The Project manager also will work in collaboration with all team members in a synergistic manner, serving each other for the success of the project.
