Lied Lodge/Arbor Day Lodge

This project was completed in partnership with Wyndham to renovate the Arbor Day foundation’s Lied Lodge in Nebraska city. Project consisted of 144 units, and all common areas including lobby, convention spaces, a bar, and restaurant. The units were a full bathroom and guestroom renovation of all fixtures and finishes, including tubs, vanities, tile, carpet, paint, and a full FF&E package. The common areas consisted of a refresh of all finishes, paint, carpet, lighting, and full FF&E in all spaces.
