Included complete interior and exterior demolition down to concrete wall structures, abatement, new electrical, HVAC and plumbing, full exterior rebuild including concrete walkways, roofing, metal cladding, railings, new porte cochere entrance, etc. Lobby build with exterior fireplace and common seating area. Full finishes inside guestrooms, including new drywall, tile, VWC, carpeting, tile, showers, and FFE. Exterior paint, final landscaping and paving of parking areas.
