Scope Renovation of 331 guestrooms and corridors. Project scope included ACT, VWC, Millwork, Paint, Carpet, Wayfinding, Electrical, Stone Replacement, Marble Hone and Polish and FF&E Replacement. Also included full lobby hardwood floor replacement in live environment with FFE replacement and paint as well.
