About The Project

Interior renovation of a 335 guestroom hotel and 15 floors of corridors. Project scopes included demolition of all shower and tub enclosures, relocation of plumbing, nonstructural related assembly modifications for code, installation of new shower assemblies, tile, shower glass doors, new bathroom GWB, skim coat of all walls, new VWC, paint, LVT throughout, carpet and final MEP finishes. Corridors included skim coat, new VWC, carpet and base. New FF&E installed throughout all areas.
