Phased project consisted of exterior structural repairs and new exterior finishes to 57 resort buildings. Structural components were replaced on the existing exterior walkways and stair towers including structural steel, timbers, new masonry columns, concrete walkways, stairs, and landings. Exterior finishes included walkway coatings, siding, trim, powder coated railings, and painting of the buildings. Project also include renovation of the exterior of the check-in building to replace the existing exterior wall and storefront system, including new structural steel, new entry doors, new storefront windows, exterior & interior finishes including siding, trim, and paint. The pool building was entirely renovated including new trusses, walls, new building envelope system, new mechanical systems, electrical fixtures and updates, new doors including folding doors, stamped concrete walkways & patios, new railings, trim, siding, and paint.
