Responsible for oversight of construction project operations on the jobsite: implementation, scheduling, quality control, people and subcontractor management, budget, and impact. Supports project management and estimators, ensuring smooth execution from start to completion. Works closely with Project Managers, Estimators, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain quality, efficiency, and alignment with company standards.

Generates timely, accurate bids for various projects, including takeoffs, job setup, customer/vendor relations, process improvement, project handoffs, and project support.

Plans and executes renovation-focused construction projects. Nurtures client relationships and collaborates with site teams to deliver on quality, schedule, impact, and budget. Works synergistically with all team members for overall project success.
