Site Laborer

Laborer has basic construction skills and perform a variety of job-site tasks which are typically physically labor intensive. Laborers work under the direct supervision of the foreman or superintendent. (100% Travel)

Carpenter

The Carpenter is responsible for on-site, day-to-day carpentry projects. They serve as part of a crew and specialize in various technical skills within the commercial construction trade. (100% Travel)

Foreman

The Foreman is the first point of contact for crews on a job site and leads team members in performing individual tasks as part of a larger project. They work with the Site Supervisor to understand individual job scopes and provide clarity and direction to team members. Foreman must effectively lead work and people simultaneously. (100% Travel)

Site Superintendent

Responsible for oversight of construction project operations on the jobsite: implementation, scheduling, quality control, people and subcontractor management, budget, and impact. Acts as the on-site liaison between Elements and the customer and works with the Project Manager across schedule, budget, scope, and manpower. (100% Travel)

Project Engineer

Supports project management and estimators, ensuring smooth execution from start to completion. Works closely with Project Managers, Estimators, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain quality, efficiency, and alignment with company standards.

Estimator

Generates timely, accurate bids for various projects, including takeoffs, job setup, customer/vendor relations, process improvement, project handoffs, and project support.

Project Manager

Plans and executes renovation-focused construction projects. Nurtures client relationships and collaborates with site teams to deliver on quality, schedule, impact, and budget. Works synergistically with all team members for overall project success.
