Renovation of 196 guest rooms that included full bathroom renovation including tub to showers conversions, LVP and vanity refresh. Dressing area included closet reconfigurations and cabinetry as well as updated seating area. Main rooms included carpeting, LVP, paint, wood refresh, and partial FF&E.

Common space renovation work included new finishes throughout corridors, meeting rooms, restrooms, spa, and ballrooms. Finishes included carpet, paint, wall covering, plumbing fixtures, bathroom partitions, countertops, new air wall, wood trim, doors, electrical fixtures, and AV system.

Exterior scopes included complete exterior paint, new sidewalks, sport court coating, new mechanical system for exterior pool, select window replacement, landscaping, new deck railings throughout, and siding & exterior trim repairs.
