Elements was brought in 1/3 of the way into this renovation due to GC failure. Elements negotiated the exit of the previous GC, bought their materials from them and took over the project. Scopes included full demo of all guestroom and corridor finishes. Electrical modifications for new mirrors and fixture locations throughout the guestrooms, ADA unit compliance work, new shower installations with pans and plumbing modifications, drywall skim coat, painting and VWC, LVP and carpet installation, tile installation, full FFE package.
