PROJECT MANAGER Lynden Office

Are you skilled in managing large-scale commercial construction or renovation projects? This opportunity offers the chance to manage renovations of 5-star hotels and resorts across the country.

As a Project Manager, your role would include managing schedules, sub-contractors, and working with customers around the country. You’ll have a team of Project Engineers, Project Administrators, Site Superintendents and foreman who will all work with you, and support your projects

SITE SUPERINTENDENT (Traveling Position)

The Site Superintendent is responsible for oversight of construction project operations on the job site. The site superintendent leads team members through on-site coordination of the project, including construction implementation, scheduling, quality control, people management, subcontractor management, budget, and impact. They are also the on-site liaison between Elements and the customer. They work in conjunction with the Project Manager to have a working knowledge of all facets of the project, including scheduling, budget, scope, and manpower.

PROJECT ESTIMATOR Lynden Office

The Estimator is responsible for generating timely, accurate bids for various projects. An estimator will be responsible for functions including, but not limited to, takeoffs, job setup, customer and vendor relations, process improvement, project handoffs, and project support

PROJECT ENGINEER Lynden Office

The Project Engineer is responsible for providing technical and analytical support to the Project Manager and the project team. Their key responsibilities include managing project documentation, liaising with designers, suppliers, and other relevant contacts, and ensuring that all project documentation is up-to-date and organized.
