Renovation of 198 guest rooms and corridors in an 8-story downtown San Francisco hotel. Guest room scope included demolition of existing finishes and select walls, metal stud framing, GWB, tub-to-shower conversations, shower glass enclosures, tile, wood floor in select suites, select doors and door hardware, millwork, electrical upgrades, carpet, VWC, and full FF&E package. Corridor scopes included the demolition of existing finishes, new carpet, millwork, and new bottle filler stations throughout each floor.
