Renovation of 510 units, with extensive common area scopes. Unit renovation consisted of full bathroom and guestroom finishes. These included tile floors and surrounds, plumbing and lighting upgrades, paint, carpet, LVP and complete FF&E package. The common area scope included all new finishes and FF&E for the lobby, convention center, kids club and lounge, all new coffee & wine bar and four sets of common area restrooms. Finishes included flooring, paint, wall mounted FF&E, doors, fire alarm, and complete bathroom renovation of all fixtures and finishes.
