About The Project

Renovation of common areas and the conversion of one wing of the main building from independent living 20 units to a 23 bed memory care unit with dining room, serving area, living room and outdoor courtyard. Full rework of all MEP’s, new electrical service, drywall, paint, LVP and carpet flooring, bathrooms, and studio units. A new outdoor patio was created with loop courtyard, landscaping, fencing, benches, planters, and a sunshade. In the common space of the assisted living all finishes were replaced including LVP and carpet flooring, painting, and new FF&E.
