Renovation of 184 independent living units, 36 memory care units, and corridors. Unit work included paint, flooring, kitchen and bathroom cabinets and tops, new appliances, and new walk-in showers. Common area scopes included a new HVAC system property-wide, a new roof, a brand-new interior elevator, and expanded common areas. Included shoring for the concrete elevator structure, coring out and building back the elevator shaft through 7 stories. Additional common space work included complete corridor finishes, a game room, and other amenity spaces.
